The company that designs, owns, and operates the Gigantec Platform is privately held and independently built by two experienced ex-Googlers who’ve worked across engineering, product, and high-growth scaleups.

We launched Gigantec in late 2023 because we saw a gap: too many AI tools that were either hard to start quickly or impossible to truly control. We’ve been building software for over two decades, and Gigantec is the company we wanted to build — sustainable, engineering-led, and focused on usefulness over hype. We consider ourselves a deep-tech company, and are not some SaaS seat-selling VC-funded grift. We’re in this for the long haul, and we only succeed if our builders do.

We could talk about architecture, but here’s the short version: uptime is critical, and we treat it that way. Gigantec runs on proven infrastructure with real-time monitoring and automated fallback.

We take security seriously — because your AI shouldn’t be anyone else’s business. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in hardened infrastructure with real-time monitoring, automated backups, and multiple redundancies.

Yes — everything is automatically backed up multiple times a day. Backups are versioned and stored in secure locations to protect against data loss or corruption.

You’ll never lose your work, your knowledge base, or your conversation history. We’ve got layers of failsafes so you don’t have to think about it.

Absolutely not. Your data is never used to train any underlying AI model, whether it’s from OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, or anyone else.

Your files, your user conversations, your knowledge — they’re yours alone, and they stay within your control.

Yes. Your data can be exported with self-service downloads straight from your Gigantec Platform admin account. Filter them before you export for targeted sets, or just grab the whole lot at once. If there is anything missing from those, get in touch and we’ll pull the remaining pieces manually for you.

Yes, Gigantec can be customized to integrate with many different systems and tools, including CRMs, web content platforms, social media channels, marketing funnels, internal databases, and more. For most deep integrations, this is handled as an add-on or custom setup.

Yes — Gigantec starts at just $49/month, great for solo builders and small use cases, but also perfect for pre-launch and testing phases before large rollouts. The system then scales as your usage grows. For $49, you get 200 users and 10 million characters of knowledge (about 40 books-worth).

The plans we offer then scale based on the number of end users interacting with your AI and the amount of knowledge you upload — not by vague seats or mystery thresholds. All plans also incorporate a monthly quota of compute power — just top up when you need more. You can cap your users’ usage, upgrade gradually, and always see what you’re paying for.
